Basing my survey on this definition I have realised that the majority of rural people do have internet illi...

How to grow/raise Start up capital

In Africa, some of practical strategies that could generate you start up capital or growing it in volume are still primitive if we are to compare how entrepreneurs generate their capital in the western countries. Despite these methods being backward, they are still effective in our Continent of Africa and they could really help, in this article, I'm going to share with you my own experience as well as some data which I have aquired through a wide range of research techniques.  1. Barter trade . This is one is known  from it's contextual meaning as the exchange of goods or services without the use of money. This method is still effective among African societies, people are travelling  from different angles around countries to exchange commodities like old western clothes for cereals, maize, beans and livestock. This deal only makes sense if allow yourself engage in it, from my own experience I have realised that exchanging old clothes (Mabhero in Shona language/ bales old ...

African mindset

Africa is not poor at all, but according to my own findings, approximately 97% of African mindset is poor. I have recently contacted my own survey on social media aimed at extracting data from African activities online, their reasons to be online as well as things they support, people they follow and social media platforms they follow, liked and share.  My own research reveals four things that contributes Africa to be among poor continents in the world, with less invention, value innovation and entrepreneurship.  1. Large population of Africans is not enjoying the process of acquiring  practical skills required to enhance invention, start ups and entrepreneurship. Recently, ZIMSEC officials introduced a continuous assessment programme called CALA, this programme was supposed to impart critical problem skills in students. CALA incorporates practical activities such as data collection through interviews, questionnaires, checklist, observation and experiments. However to my ...

Enterprise Alliance Strategy

Enterprise Alliance Strategy (EAS) can be applied to transform rural areas of Africa (Zimbabwe as a case study) into industrial areas. In this article, I shall explain (EAS). Enterprise Alliance Strategy (EAS). This is when organisations come together to create scalable projects through partnerships with those who cannot implement value innovation to their local resources. For instance, some parts of Chipinge district in Zimbabwe  still contains under-utilised rivers and mountains which can be used to produce Agricultural  raw materials for industrial purposes. If three small companies adpot EAS in this district, they could  successfully transform this area from being rural into  industrial zones.  From my own case study in Chipinge district, I have realised that entrepreneurs requires capital for borehole drilling, fancing, solar systems and inputs.  So if the following companies agreed to adpot EAS in this district, they could create a billion dollar comp...

With new line of Education, our main strategy is called "Problem orientated strategy". This strategy aims to identify, analyse and develop effective response that we require to handle existing problems of our own generation.  Problem Orientated Strategy shall help in development of new line of Education, new line of entrepreneurship and new line of invention.  Our primary objective to this strategy is the identification of existing problems in Africa as a continent. What is really important in our daily lives is that we must find solutions to our own problems.  So for our continent to develop effective strategies to improve our standards of living, our primary objective should be an identification of current problems in our own societies.  The following list pertains to problems existing in our Continent of Africa. 1. Project Finance.  We have a lot of start ups which are failing to achieve growth or to survive in Business world due to difficulties which we are ...

Early Child Development.

What do you want to do when you grow up? This question is so crucial in carrier guidance to early child development. In this current system of education, teachers attempt to discuss this issue with students but without an intention to impart practical motivation so that students could pursue with their dreams.  For many years, students like me always try to apply every concept to my earlier dreams, and it's applicability was an assumption, not a specific, practical solution to enhance motivation to my dreams.  [NEW QUESTION] What problem/s would you like to solve when you grow up, among the societies? New line of education shall rephrase this question in such a specific way. At ECD, students should be introduced to real life problems among us, they should be taught that the main reason why they require education is to aquire specialised skills and knowledge that we require to solve our problems and to enhance value innovation in utilisation of natural resources.  This exe...

Why new line of Education?

Our experiments in development of the theory of growing capital are commercial, our concept in development of new line of education pertains to improvement of local environments, resources and standards of living. That is the main reason why our problems needs change in education systems, with short life expectancy and an increase rate of problems in humanity history, the cost of education is too much for little, hence all that potential financial resources should be used as an investment in commercial experiments, such as honey production.  Education that fails employment creation ♧ There are difficulties in employment creation by university graduates, problems such as start up capital, resource accessibility, experience and proper guidance.  Among these problems and many more, reflect that our investment in this education system is far beyond imparting specialised knowledge to improve our standards of living.  An aggregate value of financial resources invested in this e...

New line of Education

Our current system of education is too much of imparting general knowledge to students, this knowledge is not directly linked to local problems such as how to implement value innovation to local resources. This system is not a specific solution with exact steps to our day to day problems such as value addition of under utilised resources, aquring of start-up capital and environmental issues.  There is a gap between specialised knowledge that we require to solve our problems and general knowledge which this current system of education impart in students, there is no direct link between knowledge aquired from academic subjects and methods required in survival of the rest of majority. For instance, there is a lot of resources under utilised in Chipinge, highlands of Zimbabwe, resources such as rivers, mountains and farms, as well as poor techniques of value addition to these resources. So academic professionals should come together to craft specific practical subjects to enhance impro...
