Starting a business without financial capital

It is possible to start a business or an enterprise in Africa without Financial or manufactured capital. You can start with human capital, Social capital, intellectual capital, cultural capital, experiential capital and natural capital.

Human capital refers to resources that individuals and the society possess, resources which are ready to be used in production without cash. In Africa we a lot of people with skills, people with knowledge, people with training, people who are creative, people with strength, people with physical health, people with problem solving skills. We have a lot of people with different qualities.

What we need to do, is to coordinate these qualities towards execution of business plans. People with education should create relations with rural people, they should guide people with physical health as well as people with strength to grow capital from natural resources. They should motivate and help rural people to grow capital and to invest it in Hortculture.

I`m already doing this in the highlands of Zimbabwe, Chipinge is full of Natural capital, from rivers full of water to plenty of unutilized lands, to mountains, rocks, trees and bees. Chipinge is in region 2, it receives good rains per year, is full of oxygen and fresh air. At the moment I’m working on an experiment called "River maintenance".

Through river maintenance we are working on horticulture projects. I have just find someone who was committed, with local knowledge. We must not shy away from creating partnerships.

In Zimbabwe for example, we have creative individuals who are capable of doing a lot of art, if you have Social Media skills, you can grow a list of followers, then try to search for creative people, partner with them, market them and generate revenue together.

We have a lot of people with land, with cars, with idle resources. On the other hand we have people with problem solving skills and decision making strengths. These people should come together to create circles, working together and makes this Africa go round.

Educated people should socialize with rural people, they should create relations with them, connect them and supply them with ICT tools, teach them how to mobilize idle resources towards productivity and transformation of rural into industrial areas.

Considering the highlands of Zimbabwe, we have a lot of cheap land, free water supply and good supply of physical health labour. With little funds, you can do million dollar projects, if you could aim for project networking, you can start with horticulture projects, or honey production.

We have a lot of Social capital among Africans; we are just legging behind when it comes to creation of social networks. Social networks bring about human interaction which intern could connect information, resources, inventions and opportunities towards shared goals, purposes and services.

How to build the future of Africa?, the best paths are new and untried. The future of Africa lies on transforming rural areas as well as uniting all the states into one. Before we aim to be innovative, we must adopt globalization of technologies to build manufactured capital as well as financial capital.

Why new line of Education?

Our experiments in development of the theory of growing capital are commercial, our concept in development of new line of education pertains to improvement of local environments, resources and standards of living. That is the main reason why our problems needs change in education systems, with short life expectancy and an increase rate of problems in humanity history, the cost of education is too much for little, hence all that potential financial resources should be used as an investment in commercial experiments, such as honey production.  Education that fails employment creation ♧ There are difficulties in employment creation by university graduates, problems such as start up capital, resource accessibility, experience and proper guidance.  Among these problems and many more, reflect that our investment in this education system is far beyond imparting specialised knowledge to improve our standards of living.  An aggregate value of financial resources invested in this education syste
