New line of Education

Our current system of education is too much of imparting general knowledge to students, this knowledge is not directly linked to local problems such as how to implement value innovation to local resources.

This system is not a specific solution with exact steps to our day to day problems such as value addition of under utilised resources, aquring of start-up capital and environmental issues.

There is a gap between specialised knowledge that we require to solve our problems and general knowledge which this current system of education impart in students, there is no direct link between knowledge aquired from academic subjects and methods required in survival of the rest of majority.

For instance, there is a lot of resources under utilised in Chipinge, highlands of Zimbabwe, resources such as rivers, mountains and farms, as well as poor techniques of value addition to these resources.

So academic professionals should come together to craft specific practical subjects to enhance improved specialised knowledge in value innovation of those rivers and mountains in the highlands of Chipinge.

How to develop new line of Academic subject  ♧

At this stage our strategic programme is learning from experience, building skills, and establishing core competencies in what is still very much an emerging field.

All Our subject matters should be established around the world resources already known their specific locations, quantities and their life expectancy.

Syllabus updates should check if under utilised resources are still available at their ROV as well as for maintenance purposes.

Case study: Highlands of Zimbabwe (Chipinge)♧

In parts of Chipinge district, ward 21, I have contacted a certain survey aimed at  aquring volume and quantity of under utilised resources, as well as their specific location of disposal, contacts and connections, mobility rate and transportation.

Theoretical solutions. ♧

There is need to craft new academic subject matters aimed at applying value innovation to these resources found in the highlands of Zimbabwe; the following list refers to some of my own suggestions drived from my own experiments and experience;

◇ [Mountain utility] ♧

This subject must be content with techniques in value innovation of mountains for production purposes, job creation and capital growth.

For instance these mountains should be used for honey production, plantations and a lot more ways to value creation could be discovered as we shall invest time in mountain utility.

◇ [River maintenance]♧

This subject invest in value creation of rivers in the highlands, the main reason for my visit to the highlands of Chipinge district was to pursue my own experiments about ways in which people could generate start-up-capital

More subjects shall be crafted in relation to existing problems on the ground.

Problem oriented strategy

With new line of Education, our main strategy is called "Problem orientated strategy". This strategy aims to identify, analyse and develop effective response that we require to handle existing problems of our own generation.  Problem Orientated Strategy shall help in development of new line of Education, new line of entrepreneurship and new line of invention.  Our primary objective to this strategy is the identification of existing problems in Africa as a continent. What is really important in our daily lives is that we must find solutions to our own problems.  So for our continent to develop effective strategies to improve our standards of living, our primary objective should be an identification of current problems in our own societies.  The following list pertains to problems existing in our Continent of Africa. 1. Project Finance.  We have a lot of start ups which are failing to achieve growth or to survive in Business world due to difficulties which we are facing in Afri

Enterprise Alliance Strategy

Enterprise Alliance Strategy (EAS) can be applied to transform rural areas of Africa (Zimbabwe as a case study) into industrial areas. In this article, I shall explain (EAS). Enterprise Alliance Strategy (EAS). This is when organisations come together to create scalable projects through partnerships with those who cannot implement value innovation to their local resources. For instance, some parts of Chipinge district in Zimbabwe  still contains under-utilised rivers and mountains which can be used to produce Agricultural  raw materials for industrial purposes. If three small companies adpot EAS in this district, they could  successfully transform this area from being rural into  industrial zones.  From my own case study in Chipinge district, I have realised that entrepreneurs requires capital for borehole drilling, fancing, solar systems and inputs.  So if the following companies agreed to adpot EAS in this district, they could create a billion dollar company.  1. Borehole drilling.
