Enterprise Alliance Strategy (EAS) can be applied to transform rural areas of Africa (Zimbabwe as a case study) into industrial areas. In this article, I shall explain (EAS). Enterprise Alliance Strategy (EAS). This is when organisations come together to create scalable projects through partnerships with those who cannot implement value innovation to their local resources.
