Relief work in Macademia projects

Relief work program update of March 27 2022. We have been doing it together as a relief team of committed agents who strive to contribute our expertise to impart specialised knowledge in each other through ideas,  resources, links and IoT resources. We have been doing this since 2018 through different procedures and methodologies. One of these is through visiting different enterprenuers in their work place. In this article, we are going to take you through our visit findings in one of our inner circle enterprenuers in Agri~based projects.  Today, one of our relief agent visted young enterprenuers in the highlands of Zimbabwe, Chipinge distric, who are into Macademia farming projects. During the vist, our team have been analysing missing links to their projects, so that we can intervene with relief strategies. Commercial experiment #1

In this article I would like to report on success of commercial experiment #1. This  programme was initiated with an aim to find ways that could be used to raise and grow capital to invest in start ups. Previously before this initiative, we have discussed with several graduates about difficulties in African countries to find jobs after school, we come to realise a lot of things to be addressed, starting from our education structures to graduate mentality.  A lot of graduates believe that they should be jobs waiting for them after school, they believe that the government should create jobs. But to other hand, we have realised that in developed countries a lot of firms were initiated by the government, innovations and inventions mostly come out of individual enterprise that the government.  After 6 months of discussions, I have decide to take the first step in execution of commercial experiments aimed at growing capital to invest in research and development of new jobs and business. Rural life in Africa

In this article I'm going to reveal the rural life of Africans,    their level of internet literacy, technology advancement, access to information, levels of agricultural production and access to energy. Starting a business without financial capital

 It is possible to start a business or an enterprise in Africa without Financial or manufactured capital. You can start with human capital, Social capital, intellectual capital, cultural capital, experiential capital and natural capital.  Human capital refers to resources that individuals and the society possess, resources which are ready to be used in production without cash. In Africa we a lot of people with skills, people with knowledge, people with training, people who are creative, people with strength, people with physical health, people with problem solving skills. We have a lot of people with different qualities.  What we need to do, is to coordinate these qualities towards execution of business plans. People with education should create relations with rural people, they should guide people with physical health as well as people with strength to grow capital from natural resources.
