In this article I would like to report on success of commercial experiment #1. This programme was initiated with an aim to find ways that could be used to raise and grow capital to invest in start ups. Previously before this initiative, we have discussed with several graduates about difficulties in African countries to find jobs after school, we come to realise a lot of things to be addressed, starting from our education structures to graduate mentality. A lot of graduates believe that they should be jobs waiting for them after school, they believe that the government should create jobs. But to other hand, we have realised that in developed countries a lot of firms were initiated by the government, innovations and inventions mostly come out of individual enterprise that the government.
